Lazio or Latium is the region of the eternal, capital city of Rome. Rich in typical and traditional dishes, the cuisine of Lazio is very tasty and rich. Among the most famous, the Carbonara and the Amatriciana, the Porchetta… Lamb, beef and tripe are also often present in the cuisine of Lazio.

Umbria & Abruzzo
These are regions with a long culinary tradition based on “poor” dishes. In Umbrian cuisine you will find many cereals, legumes, meats, cold cuts and sausages. The typical dishes are Mazzafegato, Torta al testo, Impastoiata, Torcolo di San Costanzo, Parmigiana di gobbi.
Gastronomically rich, squeezed between mountain and sea, Abruzzo is famous for the cuisine that often uses pasta, dairy products, meat, fish and cheese. There are many recipes based on mutton, goat and turkey. Be careful not to miss the arrosticini and spaghetti alla chitarra or the pasta alla mugnaia.

Why this map?

We are a team of wine lovers which also means epicureans. During our various trips to the vineyards of the world, we had the opportunity to lunch or dine at the tables of outstanding chefs. We, therefore, wanted to highlight those who offer remarkable cuisine but who have also taken the step of creating a “genuine” wine list.
