Wy’East Vineyards – Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 – Columbia Valley

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and cassis associated with a few spicy notes, slight notes of black berries and a touch of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well structured and a bit powerful. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fig, black berry, strawberry and raspberry combined with slight notes of blackberry, a hint of chocolate, wood and spices. Good length and persistence with notes of coffee and cocoa.
