Vincent Stoeffler – Riesling 2015 – Lieu-dit Kronenburg – Alsace

The nose is aromatic, slightly powerful and offers a slight intensity as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of white pepper, flowers (honeysuckle, lily of the valley) and nutmeg associated with slight touches of pear, flat peach and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers straightness, suavity, a slight gourmandise, tension, a slight acid / juicy frame, a good volume as well as a good matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy peach and Williams pear associated with small touches of nutmeg, apple, flowers as well as discreet touches of crushed quenette, sweet grapefruit and spices. Good length. Gourmandise on the finish. There are slight touches of almond on the persistence / aftertaste.
