Vincent Bachelet – Les Benoites 2017 – Chassagne-Montrachet

The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a good finesse of the graain, power as well as intensity. It reveals notes of Sichuan pepper, lily and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of wild red fruits, fleshy Guariguette strawberry as well as fine hints of graphite, tea and exotic spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, racy and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse/definition, a beautiful matter as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy blueberry, wild/juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy blueberry  associated with small touches of crushed blackberry as well as discreet hints of toasted, spices, violet and very discreet hints of chocolate.
