The nose is fruity and offers a very fine concentration / depth, a fine intensity and a fine grain. It reveals notes of red berries, bay laurel and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of olive tree, garrigue, wild strawberry associated with fine milky hints, chocolate as well as a very discreet touch dried cassis, tobacco and hot black olive. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tense and offers an acidulous frame, a fine grain, a fine suavity, minerality, good definition as well as a linear side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberries, small fresh wild red berries and small notes of, bay berries, olive tree associated with small touches of nutmeg, chocolate, toasted and an imperceptible hint of pepper. Cuben, tobacco and black olive. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
