Vignobles Marie Maria, Un terroir Argilo 2020 – Madiran

The wine has a deep ruby color with purple hints. On the nose, expresses concentrated aromas of various fruits: sour cherry, black plum, red cherry, raspberry coulis, and wild strawberry, as well as bitter chocolate, chery in chocolate, licorice, clove and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine is warm, but balanced by refreshing acidity. The wine expresses flavors of macerated red fruits (kirsch cherry, Morello cherries) and ripe black fruits (morello cherry, black plum), spices (black pepper, clove) and a touch of toast. The fairly long finish, with warm notes of macerated fruit and sweet spices. The tannins are powerful, characteristic for a young Tannat, but well integrated into the organoleptic profile of the wine, thanks to the concentration on the palate and lively acidity.
