The nose is a bit restrained and shy, with aeration revealing notes of citrus fruits and meadow flowers. The palate is dense, with zesty, crisp acidity, light, elegant, ethereal body, mineral, saline notes, nuances of yellow lemons and limes, long refreshing finish. A lot of potential in this delicate, lean wine. A compressed spring!
