Valle dell’Acate – Classico 2017 – DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria

The nose reveals notes of wild blackberry and small notes of sense of the place (olivier…) associated with fine touches of gray pepper as well as very fine hints of small red fruits, flowers and a hint of ripe black cherry. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, a good definition, precision as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassus, fleshy black cherry and small notes of rosemary, thyme associated with fine touches of small flowers as well as fine hints of wild raspberry and a subtle hint of olive. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
