The nose is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a very slight concentration (in the background). It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed cassis, raspberry jam and small notes of Bigarreau cherry associated with slight toasted touches, cocoa, vanilla as well as a hint of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, well-built and offers a nice acid frame, a beautiful definition, a small suavity, finesse as well as a beautiful and crunchy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrant, fleshy cassis and small notes of blueberry, crunchy Gariguette strawberry associated with slight touches of grove / garrigue, wood, colas, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of black olive and almond. Tannins are fine and well-built.
