The nose is fruity/aromatic, elegant and offers power, a very beautiful finesse, a beautiful intensity, a beautiful definition, deepness as well as complexity. It reveals notes of orangette, dried citrus and small notes of molasse associated with fine touches of pâtisseries, cedar, camphor as well as fine hints pâtisseries, cedar, camphor as well as fine hints of cigar, exotic fruits, violet, cocoa and pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, beautifully well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful elegance as well as a small tension. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of candied orange zests, dried citrus and small notes of pâtisseries associated with small touches of small yellow fruits, mango/juicy quenette as well as fine hints of toasted, caramelization, cedar, very discreet hints of cigar and pepper.
