The nose is fruity and offers a slight gourmandise as well as a very slight fat. It reveals notes of ripe white brugnon and green apple associated with slight touches of lemon zests as well as a subtle hint of yuzu zests and a hint of silex. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a slight fat, freshness, a slight suavity as well as slight gourmandize (on the finish). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon associated with hints of apple, green melon as well as subtle touches of juicy/fresh lemon and an imperceptible hint of exotic fruits (papaya, Quenette). Good length.
