The Four Graces – Chardonnay 2015 – Gran Moraine Vineyard – Yamhill Carlton, Willamette Valley

The nose is fruity, aromatic, quite elegant and offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of ripe white fruits and Mirabelle associated with a hint of quince, beeswax, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of raisin. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine, quite elegant and offers a beautiful definition as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe peach and ripe white fruits associated with hints of quince, Mirabelle as well as a subtle hint of honey, spices, toasted/vanilla and a discreet hint of ripe exotic fruits (in the background). Good length. There is a beautiful persistence of slight toasted touches/vanilla, as well as on a hint of butter and dried fruits.
