The nose is fruity and offers vivacity, a fine juiciness, elegance as well as precision. It reveals notes of fleshy vine peach and Williams pear associated with small notes of citrus/lime, fleshy apple, flowers as well as fine touches of egg cream and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a good freshness, a beautiful finesse as well as a very fine acidulous frame. The effervescence offers a beautiful finesse as well as elegance. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy vine peach, juicy William pear and small notes of lime / lemon associated with fine touches of apple as well as a discreet hint of salinity, egg cream and almond. The finish is very discreetly tight. Good length.
