The nose is elegant, fine and offers complexity, harmony and a fine freshness (in the background). It reveals notes of fleshy pear, crushed apple, small notes of quince associated with fine touches of citrus, very fine hints of exotic fruits, sweet spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, juicy, balanced and offers juiciness, a small aery side, a fine acidulous structure. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fleshy pear, juicy quince, small notes ofjuicy apple associated with small touches of lemon, kumquat as well as a subtle hint of yuzu, sweet spices, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of patisseries (in the background). Good length. Good acidulous and sapidity persistence. A very fine, well-built, elegant and dynamic effervescence.
