The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful minerality as well as power. It reveals notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of apple associated with touches of yuzu zests, a hint of grapefruit, a subtle hint of flowers (in the background) as well as a discreet hint of acacia and citrus zests. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight acidity, a beautiful fat, elegance, straightness, roundness, opulence as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, apple and quenette associated with slight / discreet woody hints. Good length.
