The nose is fruity and racy. It reveals notes of fresh zest, fresh citrus and small notes of pink litchi associated with a hint of flowers, varietal as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, a small gourmandise, tension, freshness as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of zest, flowers, citrus (lemon, mandarin) and small notes of ripe / fresh green apple associated with slight touches of varietal and a hint of racy minerality.
