Silvano Bolmida –  Barolo DOCG 2015 Riserva Bussia, Monforte d’Alba, Bussia

On the nose is fruity and offers delicacy (in elegance), a certain generosity, richness (in finesse), a certain depth, delicacy. It reveals notes of pulpy / crushed blackberry, crushed / fleshy raspberry and more slightly blue plum associated with touches of cornflowers, oleander as well as fine hints of cinnamon, licorice and an imperceptible hint of pepper. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a nice definition as well as a certain gourmand, a little tension, elegance as well as dynamism / energy. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blue plum, wild raspberry and more slightly cassis associated with touches of bigarreau cherry as well as hints of licorice, camphor, chocolate, bay laurel and tobacco. Good length.
