The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers a beautiful aromatic expression, depth and complexity. On the first nose, the wine expresses precise and pronounced spicy notes, but it is refined and balanced thanks to the juiciness and concentration of the fruit. We find the notes of cloves, ground ginger and cumin, associated with a very delicate slightly sweet note of grilled vanilla, as well as a refined floral side (the notes of rosehip, lily and cherry blossoms). The fruit side is ripe, juicy and fresh: the wine expresses notes of dried lemon and orange peel, fresh orange, fresh pineapple, juicy yellow peach, ripe green apple, as well as fresh green tea leaf and peppermint. On the palate, the wine offers varied and complex flavors, a beautiful structure and a tangy frame wrapped in a creamy and concentrated fruitiness. It expresses notes of ripe lemon, fresh orange, freshly grated lemon zest, fresh quince, fresh pineapple, as well as fine spicy notes of clove and ground ginger (more perceptible in the aftertaste), as well as of dried and fresh flowers (dried rose petals, rosehip flowers). The finish is long and savoury. A refined, fragrant, structured and deep wine, with good aging potential.
