The nose offers a small concentration, a fine power as well as precision. The wine need to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of zest, juniper, garrigue and small notes lemon blossoms associated with a fine touch of anise, zest and fresh almonds. The palate is fruity, well balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, roundness, a good precision of the fruit, almost a fine aerial side (in the approach of balances) as well as a small fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / fresh apple, fresh / juicy lemon and small notes of zest associated with touches of garrigue, arbutus as well as a subtle hint of sap pine, racy minerality (terroir) and discreet hints of fresh almond / almond blossom. Good length.
