The nose is fruity and offers a little freshness, a fine minerality. It reveals notes of raspberry, pulpy cherry and more lightly of damask plum associated with small touches of lilac, iris as well as fine hints of bay berries, licorice. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a mineral structure, suavity, good definition and a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, cherry and more slightly crushed small red berries associated with a touch of plum as well as hints of plum blossom, nutmeg, discreet hints of bay laurel and with a subtle hint of cinnamon. The tannins are finely firm and precise.
