The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a mineral structure, suavity, good definition and a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, cherry and more slightly crushed small red berries associated with a touch of plum as well as hints of plum blossom, nutmeg, discreet hints of bay laurel and with a subtle hint of cinnamon. The tannins are finely firm and precise.
