The nose is fruity, fresh, aromatic and offers a certain intensity, a certain complexity. It expresses notes of quince, small fresh/juicy yellow fruits and more slightly — wild fennel, combined with touches of nectarine and a discreet hint of fresh almond. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a nice definition, a mineral frame, tension, precision. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apple, juicy/pulpy yellow peach and more slightly — quince, combined with touches of fresh mirabelle plum, fennel/wild sage, as well as slight hints of fresh sweet spices and fresh almond. Good length, nice crunchy acidity in the background. A nice minerality and freshness.
