On the palate, the wine is chiselled, with high, sharp acidity. It expresses notes of lemon juice, lime, green apple, crisp green plum, as well as notes of cut grass, lemon zest and tart gooseberries. The finish expresses a strong salivating acidity and tangy notes of fresh citrus.
