Rosewood Estates Winery – Pinot Noir 2010 – Niagara Escarpment

Rosewood Estates Winery – Pinot Noir 2010 – Niagara Escarpment

(11 months aging in French oak barrels ) A wine a little thinner and a little more complex than the previous one ( Rosewood winery – Pinot Black 2011). Nectar marked by notes of strawberry and cherry, which combine with the purple as well as smoky. The tannins are well integrated. A well-made wine that reveals the complexity of its bouquet after oxygenation. So I advise you to decant.
