The nose is fruity and offers a slight creaminess as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of vanilla and ripe pear associated with slight touches of apple as well as a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a slight juiciness, a slight acid frame, straightness, a beautiful freshness as well as fat (from stirring). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe Williams pear and ripe apple associated with small touches of citrus (lemon…) as well as touches of vanilla and toasted oak. Good length.
