The nose is fruity, racy and offers a very fine richness, a fine gourmandise as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of black cherry, blue fruits and small notes of ripe red berries associated with small hints of blueberry, lily and a very discreet hint of liquorice stick. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition, harmony, a beautiful energy / dynamism, tension as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy plum, crushed blackberry and small notes of fleshy/crushed Gariguette strawberry associated with small touches of plum, blueberry, racy minerality, blond tobacco as well as very discreet hints of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are fine. There is a very discreet / imperceptible hint of salinity on the finish. There is an imperceptible hint of crushed fresh hazelnut on the persistence.
