The nose is fresh, racy and offers a small power and elegance. It reveals notes of racy minerality, zests and small notes of fresh apple associated with a fine touch of small crunchy yellow fruits and discreet hints of flowers and racy minerality. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, ripe/juicy quince and small notes of crunchy/juicy apple associated with fine touches of small crunchy yellow fruits as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality. Good length. Very fine hints almost toasted/vanilla hints on the persistence.
