The nose is well defined and offers a fine grain as well as harmony. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, crushed wild redcurrants and small notes of violet associated with touches of Sichuan pepper, olive tree, black olive, tea as well as a very discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality / a mineral frame, a fine tension, fat as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberries, fresh raspberries and small notes of fresh violet, fresh rose associated with touches of black cherry, black olive as well as hints of tea and an imperceptible hint of clove. Tannins are precise. Presence of a very discreet touch of chocolate on the finish / persistence. Taste and a discreet hint of caramelized almond on the persistence.
