It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry, fresh Gariguette strawberry and small notes of fresh / fleshy raspberry associated with touches of licorice, tonka bean, blue fruits, discreet hints of Sichuan pepper as well as an imperceptible touch of menthol, caramelization and dry vegetation. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, a very beautiful freshness as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of fresh strawberry combined with slight touches of chocolate, liquorice, hints of menthol, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of almond and oak (in the background). Tannins are a bit firm, fine and a bit mellow. Good length. There is a touch of dark chocolate on the persistence.
