The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a good definition and a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry and blackcurrant and small notes of iris, flowers associated with fine touches of fresh wild raspberry associated with fine hints of Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition as well as straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackcurrant, ripe/juicy Bigarreau cherry and small notes of small red berries associated with fine touches of garrigue/varietal as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean, cardamom. Tannins are structuring and slightly firm. Good length.
