The nose is fruity, elegant and offers power, a certain intensity as well as deepness. It reveals notes of dry blueberry, cassis, small notes of cooked plum associated with small touches of pulpy strawberry as well as hints of liquorice, violet, nutmeg, discreet hint of incense, a subtle hint of olive tree/black olive, mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of mushroom (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, freshness, gourmandize as well as dynamism and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, bright blackberry, small notes of dry blueberry associated with a touch of dry fig as well as small hints of spics, dry wild strawberry, cocoa, incense, discreet hints of laurel and an imperceptible hint of olive tree (in the background).
