Pierre Bourrée Fils 2018 – Chorey Les Beaune

Pierre Bourrée Fils 2018 – Chorey Les Beaune

The nose is fruity, very discreetly on the hold and offers a small gourmandize, elegance, a very fine richness and a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry, small notes of violet, rose associated with small touches of cherry as well as fine hints of small crushed blue fruits, liquorice, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy, very finely tight and offers a juiciness, a fine freshness, a small pulpy/gourmand side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy cherry, pulpy cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of pulpy plum, crushed raspberry as well as hints of cornflower, violet, chocolate, very fine hints of toasted and an imperceptible hint of cardamom (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built. A beautiful fleshy wine, on the fruit and full of gourmandize.
