The nose is fruity, well-structured, racy, elegant and very slightly tight. It reveals notes of dried lemon zest, wild flowers and small notes of kumquat associated with slight hints of yellow plum, beeswax, spices and an imperceptible hint of dried fruits and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, very discreetly tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, a fine tension, gourmandise, straightness, tension as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy / acidulous yellow apple and small notes of acidulous yellow plum associated with slight hints of dried zest, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax and spices. Good length and good persistence.
