The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, very discreetly tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, a fine tension, gourmandise, straightness, tension as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy / acidulous yellow apple and small notes of acidulous yellow plum associated with slight hints of dried zest, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax and spices. Good length and good persistence.
