The nose is fruity, precise, well-defined and offers power, elegance and complexity (full of delicacy). It reveals notes of Quetsche plum, juicy blackberry, juicy/ripe black cherry and small notes of ripe/juicy bigarreau cherry associated with very fine small touches of gray pepper, spices as well as a very discreet/imperceptible hint of laurel/dry local forest soil (sense of the place) and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is beautifully fresh, fruity, elegant, gourmand, ample and offers a beautiful juiciness/definition.
