It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, strawberry, cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of plum as well as very fine hints of cassis, liquorice, a subtle hint of cardamom and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a mineral frame as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of blackberry, liquorice, tonka bean, fine hints of sweet spices, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg / hazelnut. Tannins are elegant. Good length.
