The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a fine freshness and a fine straightness. It reveals notes of fleshy Williams pear, crushed brugnon and small notes of quince combined with hints of vanilla brioche, flowers and butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a nice mineral frame, a nice freshness, a fine acidity (citrus) in the background, a good volume, roundness, a good structure and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe peach and small notes of apple / pear associated with touches of quince, flowers and touches of vanilla, toasted touches as well as an imperceptible touch of lime sugar. Good length and beautiful persistence. There is a hint of ripe almond on the persistence. The aftertaste is a bit gourmande.
