Olympe – Olivier Morin 2014 – Chitry

The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a slight intensity as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of limestone and slight hints of fresh citrus associated with a hint of small stone fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and spices (fresh nutmeg…). The palate is fruity, well-balanecd, racy, gourmand nad offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful definition, a beautiful fat, a beautiful minerality, a beautiful suavity, a good volume, tension, a slight straightness as well as a beautiful unctuous and fresh matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe vine peach, ripe pear and small stone fruits associated with a discreet hint of physalis as well as a hint of racy minerality. Good length. There is a small hint of limestone on the finish.
