It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and small notes of black olive, crushed / ripe strawberry associated with a fine touch of garrigue, small wild berries, racy minerality as well as very discreet touches of spices and an imperceptible hint of black pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, sleek, harmonious, suave, tight and offers a nice mineral frame, gourmandise, elegance, a small straightness, freshness and a small tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and small notes of wild raspberry, Bigarreau cherry associated with slight / discreet touches of crushed black berries, zan, grilled oak, mocha, a discreet hint black pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of cedar and cardamon on the finish. Tannins are a bit firm. Good length and a beautiful persistence. The persistance is relatively powerful and offes a hint of cocoa.
