The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. On the nose, the wine expresses pronounced aromas of honey, acacia and apple blossoms, mirabelle plum jam and fresh pineapple. On the palate, there are notes of candied apricot, acacia honey and fine touches of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple). The whole is refreshed by notes of candied citrus peel, an acidity present at the end of the mouth with a good length and a foam with fine bubbles. Good balance.
