The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandize as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of dried lemon zest, dried mirabelle plum and small notes of fleshy peach associated with a touch of dried mandarin as well as discreet hints of Timut pepper and yellow flowers / tangerine blossom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, a small fat, a fine suavity, a certain precision as well as a small freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, fleshy / juicy yellow peach and small notes of dried apple associated with fine touches of dried mandarin, mesocarp as well as fine hints of beeswax, mirabelle plum and an imperceptible hint of pâtisseries (in the background). Good length.
