Manoir du Carra 2015 – Moulin-à-Vent

Manoir du Carra 2015 – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose reveals notes of crushed blueberry and plum associated with hints of sour cherry, red fruits (wild strawberry, redcurrant), woody hints, hints of spices as well as a very discreet hint of coffee and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, silky, fine, well-balanced, gourmand and offers a slight minerality, a beautiful matter as well as a very slight smooth. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and slight notes of juicy Quetsche plum, black cherry associated with discreet hint of crushed raspberry, discreet hints of liquorice as well as a discreet hint of cardamom and spices. Good length, beautiful finesse and a good aromatic persistence. There is gourmandize and suavity on the finish/aftertaste.
