The nose is aromatic, fine and offers power as well as elegance. It reveals notes of lychee and fresh sugar cane associated with small notes of white fruits, exotic fruits as well as a discreet touch of star anise and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-built, well-balanced, finely powerful and offers gourmandise, fat, finesse and minerality. On the palate, this Rum expresses notes of litchi and fresh sugar cane combined with small notes of apple, quenette / exotic fruits, minerality and a very discreet hint of anise. Good length.
