The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, a fine freshness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of cherry, small wild red fruits and small notes of wild blackberry associated with small touches of spices, pepper as well as a discreet hint of pepper and a very discreet toasted hint. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, a fine crunchiness, tension, energy as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / crunchy cherry, cherry blossoms, juicy red berries and small notes of juicy / fresh blueberry associated with a touch of juicy plum, violet, slight hints of cherry tail, liquorice stick as well as very discreet vanilla hints and an imperceptible saline hint (in the background). Tannins are slightly marked. Good length. Presence of a very fine hint of chocolate on the persistence.
