The nose is aromatic, fruity, complex, elegant, finely charming and offers a beautiful finesse as well as a small complexity. It reveals notes of citron and dried orange and small notes of crystallized tangerine, dried zests of mandarin, tobacco / cigar, brioche, dried apple / dried peach combined with small touches of white flowers / flowers peach, rancio, a hint of Timut pepper as well as a discreet hint of spices, cardamom and a subtle / imperceptible grilled hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced, elegant and offers a slight acid frame, a slight minerality, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful definition, a slight juiciness, gourmandise as well as a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized pear, peach in syrup, crystallized mandarin and candied orange associated with small notes of zests, caramel, pâtisseries as well as discreet touches of spices, cigar and an imperceptible hint of vanilla / chocolate.
