The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed physalis, small ripe yellow plum associated with hints of quince, fresh lemon, discreet hints of caviar lemon, zests as well as a hint of mesocarp, sage and discreet hints of a racy minerality. The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, a racy minerality, finesse, energy, a chiseled side as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh/crunchy apple, small notes of fresh pear associated with touches of zests, small fresh/crunchy white plum as well as hints of racy minerality and fine hints of fresh sage and an imperceptible hint of almost bee wax/honey in the background.
