The nose is fruity and offers creaminess. It reveals notes of Williams pear associated with fine notes of egg cream, quince, physalis and an imperceptible hint of nuts. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely gourmande and offers a fine acid frame, a fine minerality, a fine suavity as well as a fine straightness. The effervescence is lively, dynamic and quite fine. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of crushed peach, pear and small notes of apple associated with a touch of quince / physalis and an imperceptible touch of exotic fruits. Good length.
