The nose offers a certain power, a fine grain and concentration. It reveals notes of small wild red berries, cherry, small notes of rose associated with touches of juicy blackberry as well as fine hints of violet, lilac as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality, a subtle hint of timut pepper and an imperceptible hint of orange. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, juiciness, tension and verticality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cherry, juicy cassis, small notes of acidulous plum associated with touches of rose, violet as well as hints of crushed strawberry, chocolate, liquorice stick and an imperceptible varietal hint (in the background). Good length. Tannins are very discreetly tight.
