The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, a discreetly tight grain, elegance, a certain intensity as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of fresh / juicy apple, fresh lychee and small notes of quenette associated with small touches of sage, pine sap as well as hints of citrus and an imperceptible hint of pepper. Presence of very discreet hints of toasted almonds (in the background, bring roundness and complexity). The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, aromatic purity, roundness, fat, a fine grain, precision, a beautiful juiciness, freshness as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed apple, lychee and small notes of crushed quenette associated with touches of sweet pink grapefruit, mesocarp, fine touches of sage / garrigue as well as hints of fresh pine sap and very discreet toasted hints (in the background). Good length.
