The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, aromatic purity, roundness, fat, a fine grain, precision, a beautiful juiciness, freshness as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed apple, lychee and small notes of crushed quenette associated with touches of sweet pink grapefruit, mesocarp, fine touches of sage / garrigue as well as hints of fresh pine sap and very discreet toasted hints (in the background). Good length.
